the staff was always ready to help they were friendly and professional. the room had everything i needed it was clean and well maintained. i appreciated the convenient and safe parking available.

The room had climate control, a very welcome feature. i found complimentary tea and coffee available in the room. the bathroom included toiletries. I found them quite useful. I also appreciated the hair dryer. i enjoyed the ample free parking available. It certainly eased my stay.

i noticed the ice machine was not working, though it was a minor inconvenience.

The shower was terrible. i had to crank it up past 50 degrees just to get lukewarm water, ridiculous. also, the usb port in my room didn't work. It was even making strange noises. it's annoying when basic amenities don't function properly.

the check-in process was quick and straightforward the breakfast selection included diverse options and tasted great i found the free wifi reliable and fast the room size allowed easy movement. i appreciated the complimentary breakfast it was convenient to have that option available each morning.

i noticed stains on the carpet in my room this was unpleasant and detracted from the otherwise clean appearance i hope they address this .

The staff were AMAZINGLY helpful. Free parking lasted 24 hours from check-in time, REALLY convenient for city trips. breakfast offered tasty choices with many options. i found a vending machine in the lobby. It sold necessities like headphones.

the hotel is a little far from the city center, REQUIRING taxi rides costing around £12.
